Environmental care

Road maintenance includes usage of heavy trucks and distribution of road salt. Today the environment is everyones agenda and it is essential to find solutions that minimize resource usage. FYMs products connects to the saltspreader and provide information about how much road salt is distributed on which piece of road. This information is provided in real time and is used to optimize and minimize the usage of road salt. All vehicles are equipped with GPS and report their position in real time.
This information is used to optimize routes and thereby minimize the usage of fuel.
FYM is also active in projects involving real time fuel monitoring and interacting with the driver by giving real time feedback on driver behavior.
